Firstly, the captured fish from the ocean are frozen after being transported to the port, and then, they are thawed in fresh water and cut open. Next, the fish are coloured to yellow in salt water and smoked in special machine with high temperature. Following this, frozen fish are distributed from cold store to the fish shop for selling.
This flow chart illustrates the steps how to produce smoked fish from catching of fish to sell on the fish shop. Overall, there are 13 steps to produce smoked fish, and all the process carried out humans using machinery. firstly, the fish are caught by net and kept on the ship until the ship arrives in the port. Next, they are frozen when they are arrived in the port and thawed in the fresh water. Following step, they are cut open by the hand using the knif. The fish which are cut are immersed in the salt water added yellow colouring. And then, they are smoked on the high temporature by the special machinery. In the subsequent stage, they are frozen once more and stored in the cold store. Finally, fish ended all the steps distribute the fish shop for the fish shop clients.

Overall, the process consists of 13 stages, beginning with catching fish and ending with selling them at the fish shop. And these steps can be divided into two parts- those carried out by humans and those using machines.
First of all, the raw fish is transported to the port after being caught by fisherman at the sea, and then, they are frozen to keep them fresh. Following this, the fish are thawed and then soaked with fresh water to be cleaned.
In the subsequent stage, the washed fish are cut and opened each of body, and cleaned fish are put into the mixture which is made up of yellow coloring and salt water. After being salted and colored, the fish are smoked for several hours to add flavor and being frozen once again. Before they are distributed to the fish shop, they are contained into the cold store to preserve them for a long time. Finally, they are arrived at the fish shop, and consumers buy the fresh smoked fish.

These steps can be divided into two parts -those carried out by humans and those using by machine. To begin with, the fishers in the boat catch fishes by net , and then ,they moved to port with fishes which they caught before. If the fishes reach to the port, they are frozen and thawed. Next, they are immersed in fresh water. After that, fishes which are immersed in fresh water cut open and put in salt water combined with yellow colouring. Following this, they were picked up and smoked in smoke machine for hours. After smoking the fishes finishes, they are frozen and contained in the cold store. Finally, the frozen fishes contained in the cold store are distributed to the fish shop which can make fishes be sold by customers.

First of all, fish harvested on a large scale using industrial nets are shipped to the port, and then they are frozen and subsequently thawed. Following this, the thawed fish are rinsed with uncontaminated water before they are gutted. The processed fish are soaked in salt water and dyed yellow.
Finally, the fish undergo a smoking process before being frozen again. In the subsequent stage, they are kept in cold storage prior to distribution. Delivered fish are displayed in stores for sale.

Moreover, the fisherman cuts down and open the soaked fish. After that, the fish that cuts open is soaked salt water mixing yellow coloring. The diagram gives you details the method of making smoked fish.
The fish smoking and its distribution process can be divided into two process with freshing water treatment in the middle.
Firstly, the process of producing smoked fish begin with catching the fish by the fisherman using with a large net. After that, the a large ship move to the port for trasport these. The fish that are arrived in port are going to immdiatelty freeze and before freshing water into the big water tank, quickly thawing these.
In the subsequent stage, the water tank is opended and pull it out the fish. And then, the fish that is treated fresh water are immersed into salt water and yellow colouring water. Next, The salted fish move to the oven at high temperatures. In as similar process as before, Those are freezing and storing to cold, They are distributed and sold in the fish market.
